This java applet is a simulation of a ripple tank, showing a source of waves (the white circle) emitting circular waves that spread out in all directions in two dimensions. Click on the white circle and drag it around with the mouse to move it. You can also click and drag the mouse in an empty area to create walls, which will reflect the wave.
